Awake from sleep for feeding
Should I awake my 3 months old from sleep every 2 hours for feeding or should I give feed on demand? What portion needs to be given at 3 months old? I give 90ml

As much as your baby accepts. Day time - on demand/ 2-3hours. Since your baby is 3months of age- at night you may let your baby sleep 3-4hours before waking up for next feed.
