Avoid sex if stone in prostatic urethra?
First time dealing with stone I’ve recently been diagnosed with a 3mm kidney stone in the prostatic urethra, causing me urinary urgency symptoms. Doctor have advised me to take tamsulosin for 5 days so that it can pass more easily and advised adequate water intake. I read about it and found that it could cause retrograde ejaculation. My doctor expects the stone to be removed in a few days since it’s small through urine flow. So should I avoid sex or masturbation for like the next 7 days and wait till the stone comes out? Can ejaculation irritate my urethra since Ive stone there and muscles around urethra contracts during ejaculation, or does it help it to remove? I’ve had no pain or burning, though. When can I resume normal sexual activities? I’m young, and the doctor assumed I’m sexually inactive, and I didn’t ask him about this.
