Hi. Saw your query regarding avascular necrosis in the femur. We need to study your films in more detail to decide on course of management. One of treatments showing promise is stem cell injections in to the femoral head under fluroscopic guidance. Stem cells are harvested from the patient's own blood. You may consider this treatment.
