What should be average daily intake of milk for a 2 year child (we give cow milk)

As the child is 2 years old 1-2 glass approx 300 ml of mild is more than enough.. include regular food items that we have at home . As at this age child's gut is capable of digesting all food items in soft form

Firstly,do NOT give cow's milk. Use packaged toned milk without mixing water,and use a glass for giving milk. Give just 2 top milk feeds,stop breastfeeding and give 3-4 solid meals a day including curd and Banana in the diet,in addition to whatever you cook at home.

U can give maximum  500 ml of milk  as plain or mixed with other food items Give all types of food items which u make at home for family
