Dear sir, I would suggest have your BERA done again. This report is looking insufficient. For cochlear implantation, the benefit from hearing aids should be less than 60 % with speech sounds. And ofcourse, there should be no nerve abnormalities.

Cochlear implants will be beneficial only if auditory nerve is functioning. Only left ear is involved, so cochlear implant will be good option.
