Dear sir, auditory neuropathy is a very complex problem. Treatment success depends on the site and type of lesion. There is no medicinal treatment for auditory neuropathy. The only possible treatment for auditory neuropathy is using good quality hearing aids specially fitted according to your need, normal fitting processes may not work in your case. With hearing aids you can use assistive listening devices. If with all things you are not satisfied, cochlear implants are the last resort. Please consult an experienced and qualified audiologist in your area for better understanding.
