Dear friend, Always think that you are healthy mentally, physically and emotionally. You will be. What you think you become. This is the law of attraction. So think positively. Practice regular exercise and yoga and meditation. Drink plenty of water. Eat healthy fruits and vegetables. Avoid non veg at nights. When you feel more low, avoid non veg thoroughly for some days and eat green salad and fruits. See the difference. You will feel lighter and changes will come in your thoughts. Feel free to contact me for further guidance Wishes

You don't seem to have ADHD. please don't diagnose yourself based on internet information.  See a psychiatrist, who after evaluation may give you some medicines and refer you to a psychologist if needed.

It's  actually the second half which you have described about yourself is what to be resolved. You need to introspect from.whetr and when it all started ..If you feel it is possible  by yourself,  do consult a Psychologist and they will be able to help to to resolve and handle those problems and situations better.
