It is quite understandable about the agony that you are going through, however you should also consider the fact that this kind of dependence could be fatal and others could take advance and eventually leave you feeling bitter about your own self. If this is a repeating pattern in your life, you should definitely seek help from a professional such as a clinical psychologist. You could get in touch with me or a nearest clinical psychologist and discuss the same.

Hello practo user When we start sharing our feelings and thoughts with someone, we feel good and light and it is normal. But to be over dependent on 1 person makes one feel weak at times when the person is not available. Try consulting a clinical psychologist to learn coping strategies and to learn more about social relationships and its boundaries. Try making new friends and spend time with them. Try to expand your friends group and build strong bonds. For further guidance you can also reach out to me through the practo app.
