Attaching my sonography report
My last periods were on 25 January . I missed periods in Feb . I did pregnancy test on 27 Feb and 1 March both were negative and beta HCG is less than 1.2 and today 6 March upt is negative . I did sonography today . Attaching my reports. Please tell I am pregnant or not . or any chances.. and Is cyst serious ???
