All baby’s need hygiene with mild soap & water and do not need any products to oil or moisturise unnecessarily as in babies naturally oil glands are active . If there is atopy or dry scaly skin persistently we should investigate . Simple non fragrant edible coconut oil is better for skin then artificial chemicals if at all something is needed . But finding the cause of dry skin is the key .

Both are good products and generally dont harm new born skin. But if you are anxious use it for 3 days first on legs and see if there is any reaction to it.
