Is it safe to use Himalaya baby lotion on baby's face. Baby is 4 months old

Baby below 9 months have a skin layer of 5 instead of normally 7 as in adults.
So better to avoid any type of cosmetic products.
Simple water bath and coconut oil massage is enough.
However, if you want to use a lotion then can use Atogla or Cetaphil moisturizing cream/lotion.
