My child is having gastric problem from past 2days and I am giving him himalaya bonnisan drops. This drop should be given before meal or after meal?

Useless product.
Just give regular meals and maintain strict hygiene in preparation and giving of feeds.
Add curds and bananas in the diet daily in addition to whatever you prepare at home.
Stop breastfeeding and bottle feeds if given.
Give just 2 top milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals a day.
