At what time we can take folic acid tab
Hi, I'm trying for pregnancy and suggested to take folic acid tabs. When can I take folic acid tabs daily? Is that in morning or evening? Thanks.

Have it at breakfast time. It is easy to remember that during breakfast. I hope you know that Folic acid will not help in conceiving. It only helps in reducing chances of foetal malformations.
