Asymptomatic Lattice Degeneration

Is it necessary to treat lattice degeneration? I have lattice degeneration on the top and bottom of my retina. Some doctors tell me to go ahead with the surgery but others tell me to do the barrage first, a few say even after barrage there is a risk of retina detachment of about 15%. Is this true? What should I do?

Hello All are correct Lattice does not require laser ...just observais enough. However, it is better to opt for barrage laser before planning eye surgery
