During chest x-ray, opacity was seen in right lower zone and a CT thorax with contrast was performed. which showed a well-defined heterogenously enhancing lobulated mass lesion(6.6x5.3x6.5cm) in the anterior mediastinum on right side involving the prevascular space with no adjacent lung parenchymal changes and relations. Diagnostic possibilities include-(1)Lymph nodal mass (2)Thymoma. Kindly suggest..
