Few Home remedies ( do's n don't) for your child Don't- Avoid milk, fruits at night. Avoid packaged food like kurkure and chips. Avoid soft drinks, ice cream and chilled water. Avoid exposure to cold air and pollution. Do- Give honey frequently to eat. Give sips of warm water with food. Steam inhalation every night. Add 1drop cow ghee in each nostril at night. Make kids sleep early at night and make them play in morning sunlight.

For a child, environmental pollution play a major role in respiratory diseases. Which city are you living in? Ayurvedic treatment can give great health benefits to your child. At home you can give him a pinch of turmeric powder in milk boiled with ginger. This will improve his immunity for sure. This you can continue for 3-4 mths of winter.
