Paradictomy-severe asthama - anaesthesia
My mother is having severe asthama.She is prescribed superficial paradictomy.Now if General anaesthesia given at surgery, that trigger Broncospasms,asthama attack.what is right thing for us to do,can paradictomy done under local anaesthesia?what are risks under local anaesthesia , general anaesthesia?Who is the best pulmonologist,general surgeon for us to consult in Visakhapatnam.please do advice us.Thank you

Keep yourself cool.Avoid spicy diet, fermented foods, pickle,curd etc,chicken ,fish. Or get contact with me on phone for medications as it needs more details regarding your health issues.
