One needs to know the underlying Bone conditions of the jaw and the overlying alveolar mucosa. If the vestibular depth is not sufficient then Soft tissue vestibuloplasty can be done. If Bone redorption is there then Bone augmentation can be done. Implant supported over denture is a good reliable option .
