Arthiritis issue in all joints of body. so that it's pain. went to my doctor but can't solve. can I suggest any treatment for joint pain except knees transplant.

Consult a physio for pain management and exercises so that you can continue without surgery for long time .do regular exercise

avoid sitting for long periods of time on floor with crossed leg and also on low stools
