Arthritis. Body pain
My grandmother aged 60 is facing osteo arthritis and septic arthritis. She is having full body pain and the joints have been swollen.. blood pressure is 150/90. Diabetes normal..slight hemoglobin crisis. What should we do?

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Osteoarthritis and septic arthritis are different entities. Osteoarthritis has different treatments according to stage of disease and demands of patient. It's age related degeneration. Septic arthritis is infection. It is emergency. You need urgent in person examination and some tests to confirm. Better to visit knee surgeon...
