How old is your baby. Indian women overfeed there baby till long age and while Breastfeeding doesn't consume calcium supplements causing severe calcium and vitamin D deficiency. This results in arthritis. If your baby is 1-1.5 years age make sure you feed the baby only at night don't offer breastfeeding during day time. This will help the baby as well as mother to be healthy.
Include good Calcium and protein sources in diet Ragi, bajra, rajgeera , til, milk milk products fish chicken egg should be encouraged in your diet. Avoid iron and Calcium rich food together. Avoid tea coffee.
