Left Arm having constant pinch type pain Mainly from shoulder to elbow its feel more in cold weather and A.C due to this sometime suddenly causing backache too.

If it’s due to cold weather and ac, then most likely it’s a muscle cramp Take skeletal muscle relaxants for 3 days whenever you have this pain If it doesn’t improve, get an X-ray of cervical spine
