  4. Arm pain from last 3 months. Serious!

Arm pain from last 3 months
I have pain in my both arms which comes and goes from last 3 months, have done X-rays which seems to be normal as a precautionary taking vitamin B12 medicine also ,please help me why it so and why pain is not going is it something serious
