Hi, Arm pain at the site of injection is the most common side effect of Covid Vaccine. However, I am hearing contradictory views about whether or not ice can be used to relieve pain. Any tips to reduce the pain?

Take tablet Diclomol if pain is in excess. Otherwise it will subside eventually within 1-2 days.
