Arm fat reduction
I have excess of fat k arms and unable to reduce it. I want to get coolsculpting done. Will there be any side-effects or any possibility that fat could be gained there afterwards? Also, how much would be the cost.

For localised fat deposits like arms ,the best solution would be Non Surgical Fat Lipolysis with no side effects. In this method we mark the area with excess fat and then inject lipolysis solution into the fat . This results in immediate melt down of excess fat over 1-2 weeks. You may need multiple sessions depending on amount of fat deposit.
Next Steps
Cost depends on area to be treated and amount of lipolysis solution required. Once we have achieved fat reduction with this method,it is very important to maintain healthy lifestyle and diet . As fat is very dynamic in nature it can come back if you gain overall weight. Send the pictures showing affected areas for more details and cost information. All the best, Regards Dr Jeetendra Khatuja (Mumbai).

Kindly rule out other options also there is something called spot reduction which you can try cool sculpting is another option the rates will differ from place to place some may charge 5000 per session some charge 8000 per session. Lipolysis is another option. It is always better to go to the gym to keep the muscle tone intact . Later on you might put on fat if you don’t be on a proper and strict diet

You can get it done. But the fat can come back if you don't maintain the same lifestyle. Cost varies from clinic to clinic
