Fat in pubic area.
I am 23 years old male. i am obese almost above 35% of body fat. i have recently noticed that my pubic are also has accumulation of fat... demue to which,actual size of my penis appears to be a bit small. i have read some where that that areas fat doesnt go off. please let me know that if i reduce my body fat with a proper nutrituon and exercise, will my pubic far pad wil also reduce or not? if not then what is the further procedure to cure it?
