Wow...you are brave...though this is not the usual prescribed treatment for genital warts, you may find that it could work by inciting an inflammatory response which in turn will get rid of the warts... However, there is a big chance that you would end up burning your genital skin. The pain will be severe. So avoid the gel.

the sane person would go to a dermatologist and get the warts frozen as it will heal with no scarring.

improve your immunity by sleeping at 10pm and sitting in direct sunlight between 7 and 8 am. this will help in  clearing the warts.
