Tretinoin for clogged pores

Asked for Female, 21 Years

As suggested by one of the doctors I started using tretin 0.025 cream. The results were good but it is still get clogged pores. Iam fed up. Please recommend me a good tretinoin gel for better results. I used cream for 2 months. My pore size is also increased. Please
