Hello doc. I am using tretin 0.025 cream daily at night since few years.. also i have undergone mnrf prp for my mild acne scars.. but the tretinoin makes my acne scars on cheeks appear red all the time. Should I reduce the frequency of use???

You are having contact dermatitis due to tretin. Reduce the contact time of tretin cream. Apply for 20 min then wash. If still persisting, then you can apply alternate day. And use a good quality non comedogenic moisturiser
