About three months ago I had a lower lumbar sprain at work. I was out of work about 6 weeks, went through physical therapy. I was not completely healed when I went back to work. it was still very stiff and sore in that area and I was still having muscle spasms. so on Dec. 12th, I went to work still having soreness and muscle spasms. I felt a snap and found out my hip was broken. could this 1st injury have caused it. ive tried loading xray and cant. but I felt it happen at work. displaced, stable

No it's not because of your lumbar issue... But yes may be at work place or at doing movements you got stress over hour hip and it displaced... Visit an orthopaedician and give rest to your hip joint... Lesser vitD and calcium makes bones weaker and more prone to fractures... Get your vitD tested...
