Are my supplements safe?
I have bought shaboom pump of levroon-pre workout drink I have also bought ON’s BCAA’s And also ON’s protein powder Are all these safe to consume for a person like me I am 18yrs old 6ft and 70kgs Do all these make a person impotent? Do eating 15 eggs-13 egg whites and 2 egg yolks also cause some problems? I do workout for 2-3 hours for 5 days P.S.- I am not looking for bodybuilding and I know I should have asked before.But please tell that should I continue taking it or not ?and I just want a good physique nothing else

Hi you r fit now then no need to take bcaa .egg , paneer , chicken n soya r good source of protein .so u can go natural now . U r doing enough exercise slso that. Is again a good thing.

Dear, I am sure you already know, that you will be consuming a very high protein diet which will put your body in a high working zone. Also need not be that the supplements are the problem always, its each person and their metabolism too. So if you ask me in general  I think you have my answer, but if you want your body free of harm than do need a personal dietitian as I am sure you mY have a personal trainer.
