Are BIA scales accurate?
I am planning to buy BIA scale to measure body fat, muscle mass, etc for my home use. So how accurate are they. I know medical tests show extremely accurate body fat % but I cannot do it on daily basis as they are expensive so I need a home solution. Also I have body fat calliper but it is of very cheap quality.

BIA scales are accurate mostly. Price depends on the brands. For a cheap price, you can get Dr. Trust which is only foot scale. For moderate price, you van get Omron which has both foot scale and hand held integrated but Omrom is better and more accurate. There are costlier ones too.
