Both are antibiotics belonging to different class, hence different composition and mode of action. Almox 500 is generally safe in pregnancy, dosage  depending upon the type of infection for which it is prescribed. Azee 500 should not be taken during pregnancy unless strictly prescribed by a medical practitioner.
