Appendicitis
My friend have severe pain the lower right abdomen area. Consulted general physician and she guess appendicitis infection and suggest for surgery and warns if the surgery not done but oral medication treatment done the infection may cause more problems in future. Is surgery really necessary?

Yes surgery is recommended. Because medical treatment is ineffective in large number of cases. And reccurrance is common. Complications if occur are life threatening.
