Pain in left abdomen area
I often get a slight pain in the left abdomen area. The pain increases, especially when I dance or run. The pain doesn't persist 24/7, but I have no idea what is causing this. I have attached the photo to show the exact location of the pain.

For abdominal pain, a soothing home diet may include bland foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, toast (BRAT diet), ginger, peppermint tea, yogurt, and plenty of water to help calm the stomach.
