Hi as u said she s having aphthous ulcers.. one of the main causes of these ulcers are gastric disturbances mainly indigestion apart from this yes stress is one of the common causes... to get rid of them permanently u need to improve ur diet and digestion..apart from this a regimen is followed as Lexanox 5% gel apply 3-4 times/day, and rebagen tab three times a day for 7 days.. this helps to reduce reccurence.. hope this solves ur problem otherwise do consult ur physician best of luck feel free to ask ne further queries

Main cause of apthous ulcer is STRESS or a recent change in the daily routine. It usually occurs on the mobile mucosa i.e mainly on the cheeks, vestibule and tongue. U can applg HEXIGEL 3-4 TIMES in a day..and hold it for 5mins before spitting and then not to eat or drink for 30mins. Becosule caps.can be taken once daily

Treatment of aphthous ulcer depends upon causes of it..usually it is self-healing and will heal within 2 weeks ..apply "orabase" gel over ulcer ..it will give her some relief. .visit to a dentist for examination and proper treatment. ..
