Any miscarriage? 😕
Hello my Sister is 18th week pregnant... she is having spotting randomly ... first happened 3 days back, we took ultrasound and baby is Normal as doctorr said and wrote tranexmic acid 500...mefanemic acid 200 mg for 2 days ( reports attached) Today also she having spotting very light blood drops two three there...what should we do? is it a concern ? or is it normal? please tell we are very anxious . . . her current medications are only... 1. Thyroxine sodium 12.5 mcg 2. isoxsuprine hydrochloride 10 mg . 3. tranexmic acid 500, mefanemic acid 200 ( 2 days ago doctor gave for spotting ) . . why this happening to her? is there any miscarriage happening inside? 😕😕

Reports seem ok , hormonal support advised and would prefer plain tranexa over tranexa with mf , connect or consult gynaecologist

As per this ultrasound report baby is fine. If she still have spotting after taking trenaxa you should consult your gynaecologist
