In order to prevent stomach distress brought on by taking numerous medications at once, should my mother, who is 68 years old, start taking an acidity medication like rebesec dsr once a day? She is now taking gabapin 300 (1-0-1), different sugar and bp medications. Does rebesec dsr, an acidity medication, have any negative effects when used long-term in order prevent stomach upset?
