Anxious about pregnancy
I have never been this anxious about pregnancy like I am now, last week I had foreplay(no intercourse) and had an ipill to reduce the chances of pregnancy as much as possible. I used to use a condom but I got pregnant even after that once, so it's very crucial for me to avoid it. I want to get over this anxiety with proper and foolproof contraception that is non hormonal, I was thinking about saheli. Will condom paired with saheli be enough?
