Anxiety, restlessness, insomnia
Since 10-15 days my mother(49 yrs) is having frequent session of anxiety, restlessness, insomnia etc. She have thyroid and history of mild depression and takes medicine (Sitlin-h) for the same. She is also going through menopause. What can be done in order to control anxiety, restlessness etc. Is it symptoms of menopause. What doctor should we see general physician or physiatrist?

Pre menaupausal symptoms . There are certain medicines which is to be given to premenopausal ladies  to overcome all these problems along with calcium / vitamin supplements . She also require family support. You may consult a gen physician.
