Anxiety problem
Hello I have social anxiety problem and due to this I feel nervous to talk with other special girls and so I don't want to go anywhere and if I have to anywhere I feel very stress and nervous before and in night I see bad dream and I have gastric problem, acidity, shivering,numbing and feel tired and lazy and if I take heavy weight I feel lazy and sometimes I feel normal,so this is due to anxiety or any other problem, please help me for this and my memory was good about old memories but in now adays I forget small small things,but remember all old memories
