Because of these I'm feeling very hard to do my day to day activities. I have cross checked my symptoms on Google n found it's anxiety or panic attacks.please Help me out what should I do next. This days r going very worst. I started feeling sick. Not able to mingle with others. What's wrong with me. I need to come out from it as soon as possible. Some one can help ?

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
