Hello Young Lady, It must be really hard to cope when people around you seem like liars, fake & discouraging. It's as if you do not belong with them. Imagine a battle where you are a soldier surrounded by enemy camp. Their body language, voice, menacing looks, weapons are all pointed towards you. At this point you have 2 choices. Either to give up, loose will and naturally forget everything you have learnt or to just take a deep breath, relax, remember that you are prepared and charge with ease. Here, even if you loose, you haven't lost your will, pride and self-respect. Every day situations aren't really life or death situations like this and people around aren't an enemy camp however each one of the situations test the extent to which you respect yourself. People find it hard to respect or love you unless you have it for yourself. So every time you get panicky next time, which ever situation it is, just remember that you are a warrior safeguarding the most precious belonging of yours, your self-respect. No one else can take it from you unless you, yourself let it go. In a viva or any other situation just relax, calm down and be aware that it's just another situation testing the extent to which you could be comfortable. If you are comfortable the other person involved in the situation cannot maintain his/her stiffness for long. If you still cannot relax, consult a psychologist/therapist who could help you embrace your life with more love, comfort & competency. Take Care.
