I keep having chest pain at the left side that spreads to my neck and left arm... this totally sounds like a heart problem... but i went to the doctor 3 times and all 3 times, there was nothing wrong. i keep worrying im having a heart attack or a stroke, or when my leg hurts i worry i might have a blood clot at my leg... how can i stop the pain?

So first you avoid stress over neck by avoiding keeping very big pillows
Keeping neck straight whenever you watch or do something
Avoid excess two wheeler ride..
