Very little information. You need to tell in detail about your symptoms & reason for taking Uvox. How long you are on these medicines, how frequently you take etc. There are chances of not responding to one medicine even with adequate trial. We can add some other medicine if there is a partial response or change the medicine if no response at all. There can be other factors responsible for lack of interest in work which has to be dealt with separately like psychotherapy.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist & discuss in detail about your problems.

First of all any antidepressant will take 2-3 weeks to show decent effect. And if it still doesn't we need to increase the dose before combining it with other drug or replacing it.
Next Steps
you should consult first , as many a times underlying medical illness render drug ineffective. or some patient as non responders to uvox.
Health Tips
if your sleep is normal and anxiety symptoms are not present or minimal try to lower the dose of lorazepam to 1mg at night.

Hello. It's likely that you are not responding to Fluvoxamine 100mg. Ideally, you have to wait for atleast 2-3 weeks after taking anti-depressant at optimal dose, to appreciate any response. If in this time period, if you didn't respond, most probably, Fluvoxamine didn't work for you. We may try increasing the dose to 150mg and wait for 2-3 weeks. Alternatively, we can change the drug to a drug with different mechanism of action.
Next Steps
Kindly consult psychiatrist for detailed evaluation of the condition and the reason for poor response. At the same time, it's advisable to consider starting psychotherapy which might benefit in addition to the medications.
