Anxiety Issues
Hello, I've been suffering from stammering since when I was 8. I can speak completely fluently when alone and talking to myself. My stammering is not that bad like it used to be, but I'm having extreme anxiety talking to teachers and even my friends sometimes. Due to anxiety, my heartbeats becomes extremely fast too. I'm really confused on what to do? Thankyou
