Usually medicine is stopped slowly. Or tapered off under supervision. Also along with medication one should alter one's lifestyle- ie Regular exercise, Yoga, reduce stress in one's life by altering expectations and setting simpler goals. Learning to view things differently by changing one s thoughts through CBT. Homeopathy usually is similar to a placebo response but it's up to you if you wish to try it

It is likely you are suffering from depression and anxiety. You are still experiencing some levels of distress due to the same. It is important that you pay attention to your symptoms so that your quality of life does not get impaired.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychiatrist in a nearby area at the earliest so that you will be able to follow up without interruption. Your doctor will be able to guide you whether doses need to be changed or modified. Do not make any changes on your own.
Health Tips
If you begin to feel suicidal or hopeless, consult a psychiatrist immediately.

Your description suggests that you have been suffering from anxiety disorder of some kind and had benefited from medication initially. Please note medicine helps, button an extent only. I suggest you consult a psychiatrist in person for a comprehensive assessment to see how things are currently. Based in which review of medication including appropriate psychosocial interventions like CBT, lifestyle modifications, addressing any underlying stresses etc can be looked into. This will help you to gradually taper the medicine if appropriate. Regards
