Hello
You’re clearly in distress, and it’s important you feel safe and stable first. The ticklish sensations, shaking, stammering—these are all symptoms of heightened anxiety and possibly adrenaline dysregulation, not just random physical reactions. What you’re describing is your nervous system stuck in “fight or flight.”
Etilaam (etizolam) does seem to be helping you calm down physically—that makes sense, it’s a fast-acting anxiolytic. But these medicines, especially benzodiazepines like etilaam or clonazepam, are meant for short-term support, not long-term fixes. And mixing too many medicines without clarity can worsen things.
What’s missing here is consistent therapy. You’re asking which medicine “removes the tickle”—but the body is speaking from deep anxiety. Therapy will help you understand and retrain your body’s anxiety response, not just suppress it. Right now, that’s more important than switching between medications. Please don’t do this alone.
