Anxiety disorder, unable to sleep
I am unable to sleep for nights I keep on thinking for things which are not at all that serious I get panic attacks, my heart feels like going slow

Notice what are your thoughts usually about. Perhaps they lead to anxiety resulting in poor sleep. If you think you get serious panic attacks, consult a Psychologist/psychiatrist
