Yes it seems anxiety disorder exaggerated by stress. You should definitely investigate yourself first with physician then with psychologist/ psychiatrist. It is treatable with counselling and medicines for a fixed duration. Analyse yourself and maintain dairy so that the professional will analyse your problem and give the best solution.

hi, i suggest you should start practicing yoga. this could be because of stress that you may be going through. do get yourself checked on the swelling and heart palpitations. drink water sip by sip.

Hello sir, I understand how difficult it must be for someone from entertainment industry to be experiencing these symptoms, where there is a lot of public dealing. By the description that you have given sir, this most likely is an anxiety disorder with panic attacks. With the current level of symptoms,the ideal thing for you would be to take treatment with a combination of medicines and cognitive behavior therapy.
