Hello sir, I understand how difficult it must be for someone from entertainment industry to be experiencing these symptoms, where there is a lot of public dealing. By the description that you have given sir, this most likely is an anxiety disorder with panic attacks. With the current level of symptoms, the ideal thing for you would be to take treatment with a combination of medicines and cognitive behavior therapy. However, the best long term management would be on cognitive behavior therapy only.
Next Steps
Meet a psychiatrist at the earliest to begin the treatment. You may contact me for a private consultation as well if you wish.
Health Tips
Pls avoid using smoking or alcohol as a source of relief for your condition.

Yes it seems anxiety disorder exaggerated by stress. You should definitely investigate yourself first with physician then with psychologist/ psychiatrist. It is treatable with counselling and medicines for a fixed duration. Analyse yourself and maintain dairy so that the professional will analyse your problem and give the best solution.
