Yes it seems anxiety disorder exaggerated by stress. You should definitely investigate yourself first with physician then with psychologist/ psychiatrist. It is treatable with counselling and medicines for a fixed duration. Analyse yourself and maintain dairy so that the professional will analyse your problem and give the best solution.

hi, i suggest you should start practicing yoga. this could be because of stress that you may be going through. do get yourself checked on the swelling and heart palpitations. drink water sip by sip.
It seems that you undergo a lot stress due to your profession which causing all those physical symptoms.
Do visit a Psychologist and consult and share your emotions which u feel and learn to manage your issues.
